France Active Website Redesign - SEO RFP

France Active SEO

Description

🧠 Context

As part of a public RFP, I was invited to provide strategic and tactical SEO recommendations for the redesign of France Active's website, a national network supporting social entrepreneurs.

🚧 Challenge

The existing site presented great heterogeneity between regional entities, with inconsistent user journeys and uneven SEO performance. The redesign aimed to unify local ecosystems while preserving editorial autonomy and optimizing the entire architecture for SEO.

💡 Solution

My recommendations, included in the RFP response, focused on:

  • Definition of 6 personas: social entrepreneurs, business founders, associations, investors, solidarity savers, local stakeholders
  • Design of SEO-friendly user journeys for each persona
  • Creation of thematic landing pages by program, region or profile
  • Optimization of technical migration and redirects
  • Development of a filterable program search engine
  • Creation of an enriched FAQ visible to generative AI

This approach combined content strategy, technical SEO and business needs to enhance France Active’s visibility and support its regional offices.

Mission
